Gulfood Exhibition

Already the largest annual F&B sourcing event in the world, last year was Gulfood’s biggest edition to date – bringing together over 5000 leading companies to showcase 100,000 new products.

2024 promises to be even more invaluable, with over 1m sq ft of products and innovations on display, packed with opportunities to forge relationships, sign deals, launch products and announce new developments.

Gulfood is also the perfect blend of business and spectacle, with a host of enjoyable, entertaining and educational subsidiary tracks.

These include: Top Table, a culinary experience featuring world-renowned Michelin star chefs; the Chef Talks series of masterclasses from culinary icons; FemmeForward, a series of inspiring stories from the women revolutionising the industry; and Gulfood Inspire, where thought leaders, entrepreneurs and industry commentators explore themes such as e-commerce and zero waste.

2024 will also encompass the Gulfood Green Awards, celebrating excellence in sustainability and encouraging green best practice across the F&B value chain, and the YouthX Young Chef Challenge.

Additionally, in Food Verse, visitors will get to experience real-life applications of the metaverse in workshops with blockchain, deep-tech, NFT and crypto experts, all sharing their knowledge of the technology trends paving the way for the industry’s future innovations.

Regular attendees should note that, for 2024, confectionary-related categories are moving from Gulfood to ISM, the region’s leading sweets and snacks event, also held in Dubai later in the year.
